In 2005, Rebekah graduated from Michigan State University’s PSM program in Industrial Mathematics, kickstarting her career in civil engineering. Her work included groundwater dynamics research at the Nevada Test Site, creating bioretention media mixes for industrial runoff, and overseeing infrastructure upgrades in Seattle.

After 12 years in the industry, Rebekah founded Red Barn Group, Inc., achieving success in multimillion-dollar contracts and building a top-notch team. Her PSM education equipped her with critical skills, emphasizing teamwork and communication in large-scale engineering projects. Rebekah’s dedication extends to collaborating with MSU professors and her role as an Ambassador for Magnet4Water. She aspires to be the first women-owned business to surpass $1 billion in annual revenue and take her company public within 15 years.
